By shopping at Zavior Furniture, whether through our website or other means, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Product Details
All products available on Zavior Furniture are custom-made or on-demand. Prices listed on the website are inclusive of 5% VAT.
Payment Terms
Payments can be made under the following terms:
- Secure Network International payment gateway through the website
- Network International payment link via email
- Postpay link via mobile message
- Stripe payment
- Company bank account only (Payments to personal accounts of salespersons will not be accepted)
- Cash payments require collection of a company receipt voucher (No claim responsibility without the receipt voucher)
Product Condition
All products sold by Zavior Furniture are brand new, undamaged, and unused.
Ownership
Zavior Furniture retains ownership of all products ordered until full payment has been received.
Product Accuracy
While Zavior Furniture strives for accuracy in product colors, dimensions, and photos, discrepancies may occur due to screen resolutions and other factors. Any concerns regarding color or dimensions should be addressed before placing an order. Minor discrepancies from advertised products are not the responsibility of Zavior Furniture.
Shipping Methods
Zavior Furniture offers two delivery methods:

Self-Delivery: For larger items, our trained specialists will schedule delivery, unpack, assemble, and remove packaging materials.

Courier Delivery: Smaller items will be delivered by a third-party carrier to your home or building entrance. Customer is responsible for assembly if required.
Shipping
Certain locations inaccessible to standard delivery trucks or requiring alternative delivery methods may incur additional fees, which will be communicated before delivery.
If contact cannot be established for scheduling delivery within 15 calendar days and no contact has been initiated by the customer or delivery agent, Zavior Furniture reserves the right to consider the order canceled and process a refund per our return policy.
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries involving tight spaces or beyond two flights of stairs may incur additional charges.
Excluded Delivery Locations
Delivery is not available to certain locations listed in our terms.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international delivery. Customers may arrange delivery through their chosen freight forwarder, responsible for all associated fees.

Delivery Procedures
Please follow these guidelines for a smooth delivery experience:
- Allocate sufficient time around scheduled delivery times.
- Ensure a responsible individual is present to accept and inspect deliveries.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, contact Zavior Furniture via email or phone within 24 hours. Cancellation requests must be confirmed by Zavior Furniture. Cancellations after 24 hours of order confirmation are subject to terms outlined in our policy.
Damages
Zavior Furniture endeavors to deliver items in perfect condition. Damages must be reported within 3 working days. Customized products are non-returnable and eligible only for repair.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Special orders and specific items are non-refundable.
Disclaimers
Colors and finishes may differ from online representations. Customers are responsible for verifying order details for accuracy. Zavior Furniture does not guarantee error-free descriptions or site content.
Site Policies, Modifications, and Severability
Zavior Furniture reserves the right to modify site policies, Service Terms, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Invalidity of any condition shall not affect the enforceability of remaining conditions.
